Exercise 12-5

I got some exercising done today.  Wasn’t too much, about an hours worth. 40 minutes on the bike for 6.83 miles and 172.3 calories burned 5:15 minutes on the treadmill for .23 miles, 9.3 fat calories, 29 calories. I also did some stretching and some free weights for my arms, nothing major just about 10-15… [Continue Reading]

Exercise

A little late on posting this, should have been posted on November 19th.  Anyway…here it is. 30.23 minutes on the treadmil, 1.42 miles, 57.8 fat cals burned and 185 calories. 30.27 minutes on the exercise bike, 6.421 miles, 148.4 calories. Today… Walked around the Detroit Zoo for about 2-1/1 hours or so.

Weight Loss

Well, it’s been almost a month since I started my diet.  So far it’s going pretty good, I’ve lost between 13.5 & 14.7 pounds (13.5 is according to Weight Watchers and 14.7 is according to Extrapounds.com).  Not sure why the difference, they both started at the same weight and both have the current weight.
