Well, since installing the new plugin, Comment Timeout, I have not received any spam comments at all.  So, it seems to be working :yeahbaby: Now that we know it’s all spam bots that were doing all the spamming, we’ve eliminated them and can get back to the way we were.  Comments are open, as long… [Continue Reading]

We’ll see.  I’ve enabled comments again, but have a block on all posts that are older than 10 days (I think that’s what I did) :teehee: We’ll see how this works and if all goes good, then I’ll keep it that way, otherwise all comments will be disabled again.

Due to the overwhelming amount of spam that has been being commented on the site, I have made it so that no one can post a comment on my site anymore. We’ll give it a few weeks and then try again to allow comments, real comments.
